Home & Heart’s process to determine eligibility is the same for home seekers and home providers and includes a review of the initial eligibility requirements and completed application, followed by an intake interview which evaluates your needs and wants for a house mate and suitability for the program. Final determination of your acceptance into the home sharing program is completed after the intake interview, reference calls, background check, and housing inspection, are completed and reviewed, and all required documentation has been provided. You will receive a call or email from your Home & Heart Housing Coordinator notifying you of your eligibility determination.
